Prof. Kuroda and Dr. Akioka joined the 3rd. ESOC 2017 in Prague on May 16-18, 2017. Prof. Kuroda gave a 20-min lecture on recent advancement of pathophysiology, diagnosis, and surgical treatment of moyamoya disease there. He was very honored and happy to have a lot of questions from the audience. Dr. Akioka presented his paper on clinical results of multidisciplinary treatments for intracranial dural arteriovenous fistulae.
Prof. Kuroda was also very pleased to see one of his best friends, Prof. Turgut Tatlisumak from Department of Clinical Neuroscience, University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
