Yesterday, Dr. M. Koh, Dr. T. Kamo, and Dr. S. Kasawaki presented their recent paper in Nagoya City at the meeting of Chubu Branch of The Japan Neurosurgical Society. In spite of their first-ever presentation, Dr. Kamo and Dr. Kawasaki could successfully do it. At the same time, Dr. Shusuke Yamamoto at our department received an award of Chubu Branch of The Japan Neurosurgical Society for his recent research on 3D-CISS findings in patients with quasi-moyamoya disease (moyamoya syndrome). The data have been submitted to the journal. I will further support their clinical and academic works in Toyama.
