過日、富山大学脳神経外科・同門会を立山にて開催しました。黒田から本年の総括と来年以降の課題についてお話をさせていただきました。特に、今回の国会で脳卒中および循環器疾患に対する対策基本法が成立したことを受けて、現在、日本脳卒中学会で進められているプライマリー脳卒中センター（PSC）、血栓回収脳卒中センター（TSC）、包括的脳卒中センター（CSC）の施設要件を紹介するとともに、今後のわれわれの施設のあり方について会員に周知させていただきました。その後、各施設・研修医から年次報告をしていただきました。
最後に、8年間に及んだ富山大学・学長を来年3月で退任される遠藤俊郎先生から「挨拶・感謝」と題して、脳神経外科医、病院長、学長として富山で過ごされた40年を振り返るご講演を賜わりました。ご講演では「人づくり・物づくり」「健全な批判精神・反逆精神」の重要性についてご教示いただきました。長い間、本当にお疲れ様でした。

The Fellow Organization of Department of Neurosurgery, University of Toyama was held in Tateyama, Toyama. I reviewed our clinical practice and academic work in this year, and discussed what we should do in the next year. Each member also reported their annual performance.
Finally, Prof, Shunro Endo gave us a lecture on his 40-year experience in Toyama as a neurosurgeons, director of university hospital, and president of university. His talk was quite impressive and markedly encouraged us.
