去る2017年7月18日(火)、当院内にて第8回富山大学脳神経外科 M&Mカンファランスを開催しました。このカンファランスは医療安全管理の向上を目指して2013年から6ヶ月ごとに開催しており、今回が8回めとなります。
当科におけるインシデントを全員で振り返って、その原因やアウトカムを冷静に分析することで、その予防と対策をスタッフ全員で共有することを目的としています。
今回の解析でも、この5年間で徐々に避け得るインシデント（avoidable complications）の発生率が減少していることが明らかとなっていました。今後も、当院の職員・医学生の皆様の参加を歓迎しますので、ぜひご参加下さい。

We held The 8th Morbidity & Mortality Conference at Department of Neurosurgery, Toyama University Hospital on July 18, 2017. We are discussing the causes and improvement plans in this conference altogether every 6 months. As the results, the incidence of “avoidable” medical accidents is gradually decreasing for these 5 years. This conference is open to the all of medical staffs and medical students.
