当科の黒田が中外医学社から発刊された「神経保護・神経再生療法〜今後の展望と課題」の編集、執筆を担当させていただきました。「脳卒中エキスパート・シリーズ」の3冊目です。まず、黒田が神経保護・神経再生療法の歴史と展望についてオーバービューしたのち、それぞれの各論を、長年、この分野で活躍している著名な先生方に執筆していただきました。
本書のテーマは「自分や自分の家族にも実施したくなる、脳卒中の治療法を開発したい！」です。読者の皆さんの知識欲が満たされるとともに、明日からの研究を考える上での好材料になると確信しています。

Prof. Kuroda was in charge of editing and writing “Neuroprotective and Neuroregenerative Therapies: Future Prospects and Issues” published by Chugai Igaku-sha. First, he gave an overview of the history and prospects of neuroprotective and neuroregenerative therapies, and then each article was written by prominent experts who have been active in this field for many years.
The theme of this book is “I want to develop a treatment for stroke that I would like to apply to myself and my family!”. We are convinced that this book will satisfy the reader’s thirst for knowledge and will be a good source of inspiration for tomorrow’s research.
