来たる2017年1月17日(火)、当院内にて第7回富山大学脳神経外科 M&Mカンファランスを開催します。このカンファランスは医療安全管理の向上を目指して2013年から6ヶ月ごとに開催しており、今回が7回めとなります。
当科におけるインシデントを振り返って分析することで、その原因と対策をスタッフ全員で共有することを目的としています。前回の解析では、この4年間で徐々にインシデントの発生率が減少していることが明らかとなっており、近日中に公表する予定です。当院の職員、医学生の参加も自由ですので、ぜひご参加下さい。

We will hold The 7th Morbidity & Mortality Conference at Department of Neurosurgery, Toyama University Hospital on January 17, 2017. We are discussing the causes and improvement plans in this conference altogether every 6 months. As the results, the incidence of “avoidable” medical accidents is gradually decreasing for these 4 years, which will be published soon. This conference is open to the all of medical staffs and medical students.
